The Gaffney Nova comes home, the car that started it all, the first of the long cars, undefeated at O' burg the OGD  (original grudge DOORSLAMMER) this is the one that started it all, inspiring a "tribute" race on 4.26.08 at   Orangeburg Dragstrip. Back at Tootees for an update and to be made battle ready for a new blown Hemi to once again challenge the best, all the way from New Hampshire. Brought home to be fixed right, no matter how far, no matter how long, if you want it right, if you want it to last, it's Tootees.

JUST IN (8/3/07)...
"Hi guys,  Just writing to let you know we won top dragster  at the NHRA division 6 summer championships in Billings Montana last month with our Tootees Race Car.  It was our first win and of course our first WALLY!!!  We qualified 7th in a field of 17 cars, all except one ran in the deep 7 second range.  The one exception was a blown Hemi powered dragster that qualified 1st with a 6.80 and we took him out in the semifinal round.  The mov in the final round was .0001 sec.  We were one of two SBC powered cars and the only front engine car in the field.  Doesn't get any cooler than that for our first win.  Hope you are all doing well.  Watch for us in National Dragster coming up in the next week or so.
